The user may solely and exclusively use the material that appears on this website for personal and private use, although its use for commercial purposes or to engage in illegal activities is prohibited. All rights derived from intellectual property are expressly reserved by company name. Company name will ensure compliance with the above conditions as well as the proper use of the content presented on its web pages, exercising all civil and criminal actions that correspond to it in the event of infringement or non-compliance with these rights by the user. 3. Protection of personal data The Personal Data collected by company name are subject to automated processing and are duly registered with the Data Protection Agency, whose ownership corresponds to company name. The Personal Data obtained in the form for the registration of domain names are transferred to the competent National or International Authority or Body registering. The purpose of this transfer is solely and exclusively to fulfill purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of the transferor (the company) through the contract, that is, the registration of the domain name. The collection and automated processing of Personal Data is for the purpose of maintaining the contractual relationship that may be established with the company name, as well as the performance of information, training, marketing tasks (this last task always identified as such) and other activities of the company. The company name has adopted the appropriate security levels for the data provided and, in addition, has installed all the technical means and measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the data provided to us. The user may, at any time, exercise the rights recognized in the LOPD, of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition. 4. Miscellaneous A. - The company name uses cookies that will be stored on your computer. Cookies are small files that our computer sends to yours, but they do not provide us with information about your name or any of your personal data. E.- Company name is not responsible for any breach of any applicable rule that the user may incur when accessing the company's website and/or using the information contained therein. F.- Company name shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused or that may be caused, whatever their nature, arising from the use of the information, the materials contained in this website and the programs it incorporates. The links and hypertext that enable the user to access services and benefits offered by third parties through the company's website do not belong to or are under the control of company name; G.- The company name is not responsible for the information contained therein or for any effects that may arise from said information. G.- The company name is not responsible for any illegitimate use that third parties may make of brand names, product names, trademarks that, not being the property of said entity, appear on the company's website.
